I know I've been a complete and total slacker when it comes to my journal this year. I wish I could say it was because I've been completely engrossed in something so totally fascinating that I just had nothing left over of myself to give to my loving fans and readers...but alas that is not the case. Instead I'm reverting to my childhood habits: coming home from work, curling up under my fabulous faux fur throw blanket, and watching endless hours absolutely nothing on television. It's been very relaxing but I'm starting to feel like I need to step away from the couch and do something else for a while...not sure what...must eat lunch first. More late...I promise!

Don't beat yourself up about needing a month to relax, though--I think one's body & mind is usually pretty smart about that kind of thing. Especially since now it's telling you that it's okay now and ready to get moving again.
